CRE8 Space creates pathways to economic mobility for young people from historically marginalized communities in Chicago. Through a "learn-and-earn" business model, students gain industry relevant certifications in Generative AI, industrial sewing, and creative entrepreneurship. Even with no prior experience, students are able to grow not only in technical skills, but most importantly as an individual ready to build a sustainable future.
Our programs are designed for BIPOC youth ages 18-24 in the Chicago area who are passionate about exploring creativity, technology, and entrepreneurship. We welcome participants from all backgrounds and experience levels.
All CRE8 Space programs are completely tuition-free. We believe in removing financial barriers so that every young person has access to transformative opportunities.
Depending on the program, you'll learn industrial sewing and garment creation, generative AI and digital arts, or business planning and entrepreneurship. All tracks include problem-solving, critical thinking, leadership development, and financial literacy.
Programs are held in person in Chicago, Illinois. Specific locations are shared upon enrollment. Some sessions may incorporate hybrid or virtual components.
